Road Closures

Monday, June 10, 2019 to Tuesday, December 31, 2019 from 7am to 10pm

A temporary road closure will be in place to facilitate the positioning of a mobile concrete pump and trucks on 137A Street for a development project site. Due to the footprint of the construction vehicles, intermittent closures will be required. The frequency of the closures is expected to be one to three days per week.

  • 137A Street: 96 Avenue to 97A Avenue.

Monday, June 17 to Friday, August 31, 2019

A temporary road closures will be in place 24 hours a day to facilitate the installation of Metro Vancouver's water main. The first affected area will be:

  • 148 Street from 96 Avenue to 100 Avenue

Detour map

Starting August 6, for approximately 1 week, water main construction will take place at the intersection of 148 Street and 100 Avenue.

  • 100 Avenue will be reduced to single lane in each direction.

Thursday, July 4 to Friday, August 30, 2019 from 7am to 7pm

A temporary road closure will be in place to facilitate the completion of roadwork, including installation of a new raised median.

  • 144 Street: 88 Avenue to 89A Avenue.

Wednesday, July 24, 2019 to August 30, 2019 (Monday to Friday) from 7am to 7pm

A temporary road closure will be in place to facilitate the reconstruction of 142 Street, as per Land Development Project No. 7812-0066-00.

  • 142 Street: 64 Avenue to 64A Avenue.

A temporary road closure will be in place to facilitate the replacement of the existing timber trestle bridge.

  • Colebrook Road: 192 Street to 50A Avenue;
  • Colebrook Road: 192 Street to 196 Street.

  • 192 Street: 32 Avenue to 40 Avenue.

A temporary road closure will be in place to facilitate the installation of a storm sewer, as per Land Development Project No. 7817-0593-00.

  • Peace Park Drive: 0 Avenue to 0A Avenue
  • 0 Avenue: Peace Park Drive to 170 Street

A temporary road closure will be in place to facilitate the Cloverdale Market Days.

  • 176 Street between 56A Avenue and 58 Avenue;
  • 57 Avenue between 176 Street and 1778 Street.

A temporary road closure will be in place to facilitate the annual Ride to Conquer Cancer event.

  • Eastbound on 64 Avenue: 176 Street to 180 Street
  • Southbound on 180 Street: 64 Avenue to 55 Avenue

A temporary road closure will be in place to facilitate the installation of storm and sanitary mains as part of Land Development Project No. 7817-0341-00.

  • 36 Avenue: 192 Street to 196 Street.

A temporary road closure will be in place to facilitate the installation of a water main, as per Land Development Project No. 7816-0158-00.

  • Eastbound 72 Avenue: 192 Street to 194A Street.

A temporary road closure will be in place to facilitate thethe installation of a storm sewer as part of Land Development Project No. 7816-0448-00.

  • 102 Avenue: King George Boulevard to Whalley Boulevard.
